\n– From the very beginning, Mr. Utegenov established a fundamental principle: security is not a supporting function but a strategic priority. He believes that business sustainability is built on transparency, discipline, adherence to international standards, and personal accountability at all management levels. Security is fully integrated into investment decisions, production strategy, and corporate policy.\n<\/p>\n

\n– Further development of risk management systems, integration of international standards, and strengthening responsibility at all levels.\n<\/p>\n

– What does security mean to you personally?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n– Security means stability. It means employee confidence, partner trust, and long-term business development. I served many years in senior operational roles within Kazakhstan\u2019s Ministry of Internal Affairs, most recently as Head of the Criminal Police of the Almaty Police Department. I understand security in both practical and strategic terms.
