As part of a working visit to the People’s Republic of China, Azamat Utegenov, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Elaman Group, visited one of the leading high-tech manufacturing plants specializing in the design and construction of gold processing facilities worldwide.

During an official meeting with the management of the major industrial holding “Xinhai”, the parties discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation, technology exchange, and the implementation of joint investment projects. As a result of the negotiations, a memorandum of strategic partnership was signed, providing for the construction of modern gold processing plants in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the foreseeable future.

The agreement concluded between the companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People’s Republic of China is of a strategic nature and is aimed at the development of the mining and metallurgical industry, the introduction of advanced technologies, as well as increasing the investment attractiveness of the domestic industry.

“Our plans include the construction of beneficiation plants and next-generation industrial facilities. China is currently one of the world’s leaders in high technology, and cooperation with such partners opens up broad opportunities for sustainable development and the modernization of production in Kazakhstan,” Azamat Utegenov noted.

It should be added that the implementation of this project will represent an important step in strengthening economic ties between Kazakhstan and China and will contribute to the creation of new jobs, infrastructure development, and the growth of the country’s export potential.
